Meet The Face Behind TDOT BUILD

I’m Ras Liaqat, the proud owner of TDOT BUILD.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I always wanted a hands-on and fulfilling occupation, so I started working as an apprentice in 2001. I had good mentors and people that built up my confidence which enabled me to learn continuously.

It made me realize that I wanted to renovate homes as an occupation. So after building up vast experience in the trades, I decided to start a construction company of my own in 2016.

Flying Solo

When I initially began, it took some time to understand all the operational processes, but now my enterprise has started to take shape, and I’ve managed to chalk out a clear path for myself. I’m meticulous in my approach and enjoy pre-planning and budgeting. I also like presenting to clients how a job will get completed, as each project has different challenges.

Core Values

I take pride in my work, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart is my honesty and kindness. I also attribute my success to working hard and taking ownership. It’s led to receiving plenty of compliments on the final day of a project. It’s also rewarding that many of my happy clients eventually turn into friends.

Reading and Jogging

When I’m not constructing homes, I enjoy a long jog by the lake near my home. I also love working around the house with my wife and reading good books.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
